Ordering and Payment Procedures

We operate exclusively through a Cash on Delivery (COD) model for our customers in Singapore. This means no electronic payment is required at the time of checkout on our website. Instead, the full amount stated in your order confirmation is collected at your doorstep upon arrival.

We are committed to clear pricing. There are no hidden fees, extra service charges, or shipping costs added to your total . The price you see during the checkout process is the exact amount you will provide to the delivery personnel.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Timely fulfillment is a core part of our logistics. Our total delivery turnaround time is between 3 to 4 business days. Our process follows a specific structure:

  • Processing: We require 1 business day to handle order packaging and prepare your items for dispatch.
  • Transit: Once dispatched, the delivery timeline typically spans 2 to 3 business days.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Singapore .

While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors like unpleasant weather or logistical interruptions may occasionally impact these windows.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time as long as the items remain within our warehouse facilities. If you decide to change your mind before the package is handed over to our logistics partners, please contact us immediately via email.

However, once the product is dispatched and in the possession of the logistics team, the delivery must be completed. At this stage, the cancellation window closes, and the standard delivery and payment process will proceed as planned.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

Strazzinfelle offers a 30-day return policy, which begins from the day your order is delivered to your address. This policy is specifically designed to address instances where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product.

If you find that your order is not what you requested or has a physical defect, please email us at contact@strazzinfelle.com. We will organize a pickup from your location at no additional cost to you. We take full responsibility for the logistics of returning problematic items.

Inspection and Resolution Process

Once the returned item reaches our facility, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the condition within 24 hours. Following this assessment, we will proceed with one of the following:

1. Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will send out a new pair of the same style and size.

2. Refund: If the damage is beyond repair or if the specific item or size is unavailable, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Refund Mechanism

Since we utilize a COD system, we do not possess your banking information. In the event of a refund, our team will contact you via email to request your bank details. We initiate refunds exclusively through bank transfers.

Once we process the refund on our end, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This duration depends entirely on your specific banking provider’s internal processing times.

Limitations on Returns

We encourage all customers to be certain of their purchase before confirming an order. Strazzinfelle does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind .

Our return policy is strictly reserved for incorrect or damaged goods . Furthermore, we do not apply any restocking fees for valid returns, ensuring you are not penalized for receiving a faulty product.
